After almost 38 weeks of restless activity in the womb, Cole James Pragides made his earthly debut at 2:26 a.m. PST on November 30, 2000. Weighing in at 7 lbs. 13 oz. and measuring 21 inches in length, he was curious at birth, looking around the delivery room with wide-eyed anticipation.

Since then, Cole has accomplished a great many things -- for which his parents are immensely proud -- including growing to 28 inches tall (as of this writing), sucking his toes and sprouting 8 teeth. But truly, this is only the beginning…
